Representing the largest auto parts supplier in Russia in several litigations in Singapore on a claim against former business partners in connection with parallel imports of automotive components to the Eurasian Economic Union.
Representing the client in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on issues of disruption of equipment deliveries from Germany to Russia due to the imposition of European sanctions.
Representing one of the leaders of the aquaculture salmon market in Russia in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on the issue of refusal by a Turkish party to fulfill its contractual obligations to supply aquaculture feed under the rules of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Advising one of the largest real estate developers in Russia on the issue of inclusion of a group of companies in the US sanctions list, as well as on imposition of personal sanctions against the company's management.
