Representing a client in a dispute to obtain injunctions in the aid of litigation in Cyprus
Advising major oil company in connection with enforcement of an investment arbitral award on the territory of Russia
Advising a number of major Russian companies operating in the oil production, refining and coal sectors, as well as in the development and construction industries, on sanctions compliance issues
