Matvey Tarasov is a Junior Associate at RGD’s Dispute Resolution practice.
Matvey is the author of academic articles on international investment arbitration, as well as the finalist and winner of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the Dispute Resolution in the EAEU competition.
Prior to joining the RGD team, Matvey was a visiting researcher at the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) in Rome, where he participated in the development of an instrument to regulate international investment contracts. Previously, he also worked at the Luxembourg office of the Swiss private bank Pictet, where he worked on compliance, insider trading and sanctions issues, and interned at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva.
