• Representing a licensor in international commercial arbitration under ICC rules arising out of non-performance of a license agreement

• Representing the government in cases brought against Russia in the International Court of Justice and investor-state arbitrations under UNCITRAL rules

• Representing an owner of an aircraft in international commercial arbitration on the issue of reimbursement of customs duties related to the use of the aircraft under ICC rules
