Sergey Mishin is a сounsel at RGD’s Dispute Resolution Practice. Sergey’s practice focuses on commercial disputes and assisting with mergers and acquisitions and various corporate matters.
Prior to joining RGD, Sergey worked at international law firms and as a sole practitioner. He has focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, general commercial matters and securities. He has also represented clients in corporate disputes, investigations and in connection with sport law issues, including antidoping. Sergey has experience in advising clients in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, mining, construction, infrastructure and transport.
