Tatiana Polevshchikova is a Senior Associate at RGD’s Dispute Resolution Practice.
Prior to joining RGD, Tatiana worked at international law firms and as a Deputy Head of Legal at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC, Malaysia). She also interned at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Hong Kong and Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). Tatiana’s experience covers international construction, corporate and contractual disputes under arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and the ICAC of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Tatiana gained unique experience in the resolution of disputes in the Southeast Asia in course of her five-year work in the region. Tatiana supervised more than 200 arbitration matters, consulted on a wide range of legal issues arising in course of arbitration, mediation and statutory adjudication widely used in the construction industry. Further, she was involved in a number of legislative initiatives (in particular, introduction of amendments to the Arbitration Act of Malaysia and Mediation Act of Malaysia, third-party funding), as well as in the drafting of a number of key institutional documents (AIAC Arbitration Rules 2021, AIAC Virtual Hearing Protocol 2021, etc.). Tatiana’s experience also includes a number of cross-institutional projects, including in cooperation with the ICC International Court of Arbitration, a few arbitral institutions in China and Southeast Asia. Tatiana authored a few publications and regularly speaks at conferences.
