Valeria has extensive experience in advising clients on various financings, banking and finance matters, debt and equity capital markets deals, as well as international corporate restructurings.
Background
Prior to joining the RGD team, Valeria worked at international law firm Dentons and at Moscow office of international consulting corporation Ernst & Young. Valeria has assisted with banking and finance deals and capital markets transactions, including matters relating to securities tender offers in the current regulatory environment, advising in connection with implementation of international corporate restructurings (including redomiciliation) and various aspects of corporate governance, as well as financial regulatory matters.
