• Representing one of the world’s largest integrated commercial aerospace companies within enforcement of arbitral awards with respect to major bankruptcy, having the bankruptcy court recognize a number of claims for a total of more than USD 175 million

• Representing global oil & gas services company in an ICAC arbitration on alleged losses recovery brought by a Russian general contractor with regard to an incident on the drilling site

• Representing one of the world’s largest oil field service companies within the dispute concerning validity and enforceability of the arbitration clause

• Representing one of the world’s largest chemical companies within enforcement of the arbitral award

• Representing a market leader in the logistics and warehousing sector in Russia in a dispute against a bankruptcy suit filed by an insolvency administrator of a major Russian pharmaceutical distributor. The Supreme Court reversed the lower court judgments, refused to invalidate the client’s transaction and recover more than RUB 250 million from it

• Representing a leading Chinese automobile manufacturer in an over USD 130 million dispute with an insolvency administrator of a major Russian car manufacturer. Unfavorable court decisions successfully overcome at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation

• Representing international retailer of consumer goods in a bankruptcy case against several claims brought by the bankruptcy manager on invalidation of the client’s transactions

• Representing French automotive supplier in a number of disputes with an insolvency administrator who sought to invalidate earlier transactions and to transfer a number of real estate properties to the bankruptcy assets
