Our team members have advised on a substantial number of complex mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings. The team is also fluent in public M&A transactions, with several members having advised the committees of independent directors of Russian public companies and overseas public holding companies for Russian assets on several public M&A transactions. Our team has acted for Russian parties and international parties to, broadly speaking, all types of foreign investment structures common in the Russian market: overseas holding companies, Russian holding companies, in both public and private transactions space. The combined value of all transactions on which our team members have acted is estimated to be above US$80 billion.
