• Representing a Russian management company in commercial arbitration proceedings under ICAC rules against a CIS state in a dispute to recover damages in connection with improper performance of the terms of a sovereign guarantee

• Representing a UK company in arbitration proceedings under the ICAC rules in a dispute over a supply agreement

• Representing a client in a dispute over a construction contract in arbitration proceedings under the ICAC rules against the contractor seeking to recover unjust enrichment allegedly received by the client

• Representing a leading Turkish development and construction company on numerous arbitrations including before the ICAC with regard to the construction of a stadium in Donetsk, Ukraine (amount in dispute approximately US$100 million) and with regard to a call on bank guarantees during construction works (amount in dispute approximately US$15 million)

• Representing a European investment company in a multimillion-dollar dispute in the ICAC with a defaulting contractor over the construction of a warehouse complex in the Moscow region

• Representing a Cyprus investment company in the ICAC and Russian courts regarding control over a major energy company in Hungary with an annual turnover of approximately US$1 billion

• Representing a major Russian state-owned company in an arbitration dispute in the ICAC that arose out of a large infrastructure project

• Representing a Cyprus investment company in the ICAC and Russian courts regarding control over a major energy company in Hungary with an annual turnover of approximately US$1 billion

• Representing a global leader in oil and gas projects in a high-profile arbitration in the ICAC with an affiliate of the largest Russian oil company dealing with non-supply drilling and oil production equipment due to a force majeure event resulting from the US and EU Ukraine-Russia-related sanctions
