• Advising an international syndicate in relation to bidding for a concession to build and operate a bridge across the Lena River in Yakutia

• Advising an international syndicate in relation to bidding for a concession to build and operate a toll collection facility for 12+ ton trucks

• Advising Dorogi Rossii, a federal government agency, in connection with the financial closing of the concession project for the M1 toll road (bypass around the town of Odintsovo)

• Advising a private investor in relation to the construction and operation of an air hub in Tatarstan

Industrial infrastructure

• Advising the borrower in connection with a methanol plant construction project in Volgograd in partnership with the Russian Direct Investment Fund, including advice on Russian law governed EPC contracts, supply of process equipment, and contracts required for the use of the project infrastructure. The project involved a total of more than $800 million in syndicated financing by shareholders and lenders

• Advising an international company in connection with the legal due diligence of the land plots allotted for automobile factory construction projects.

• Advising LUKOIL in connection with financing for the construction of an oil refinery

• Advising the Irkutsk Oil Company in connection with a polymer plant construction project (full-cycle hydrolysis plant)

• Advising a Russian company in connection with legal due diligence, structuring and legal support for the acquisition of a seaport in the Far East

• Advising Marsfield, a Russian private investment fund, on a joint venture project with Vostokugol to build and manage a seafront coal terminal in Primorye region

• Advising and legal support for a Russian company in an automobile factory construction project in Kaluga Region

• Advising TDF Ecotech on the prequalification phase of the P3 project to build and operate a waste recycling plant in Yanino, Leningrad Region, Russia

• Advising TDF Ecotech on a project, undertaken in partnership with the state, to carry out the engineering and construction of a waste recycling plant and biogas units in Belarus, including the drafting and official coordination of the contracts

• Advising a Russian company in connection with syndicated financing arrangements for infrastructure construction in 12 Russian cities, including advisory support and procurement of official approvals for the financing agreement and security paperwork

• Advising a private investor on the preparation and implementation of concession projects in the construction and operation of water and heat utilities

• Advising a major development bank on how to raise financing for a new hydroelectric plant in Belarus

• Advising a major oilfield service company on a project to revamp and upgrade a Russian chemical processing plant

• Advising an international pharmaceutical company on a medicinal product R&D project, and project implementation with potential co-funding by the state

• Advising a foreign investor on a concession project to build and operate urban improvements in Sochi
