RGP’s counsel Gayane Nadzharova and Anastasia Konstantinova to speak at Woman Who Matters Forum
On 26-27 November 2020, Woman Who Matters Forum and Award will be held in Moscow for the fourth time as part of the nationwide movement promoting gender equality in business. Rybalkin, Gortsunyan & Partners will sponsor the event, and counsel Anastasia Konstantinova and Gayane Nadzharova will take part in the business programme.

The forum customarily offers its attendees various formats of participation, including talks, mentoring as part of communication with invited experts, panel discussions, and master classes. This year, the following three main topics will be discussed: business and lifestyle, women’s health and ways to deal with stress and burnout, and gender equality with examples based on the best cases of diversity & inclusion programmes. RGP’s counsel Gayane Nadzharova will participate in the first part of the forum’s business programme, in the panel devoted to dealing with professional burnout. She will speak about time management and will share principles and skills based on her own experience and aimed to improve personal productivity with the audience. Counsel Anastasia Konstantinova will be the second speaker to represent RGP at the forum. In her speech on the best corporate diversity & inclusion practices, Anastasia will talk about why the gender-inclusive approach is so important for building a professional team, including in legal profession, and why the movements aimed at leveling men and women do more harm than good; she will also share the opinions of legal professionals on that issue.

As part of preparation for the forum, we would like to ask you to complete an anonymous survey on gender equality and legal consulting:

The Woman Who Matters Forum was created in 2017 in order to bring together representatives of foreign and Russian businesses, and two years later, the Diversity & Inclusion Association was established, which assists corporations and brands in implementing gender equality ideas on the systemic level.
