On 22 October, RGD will hold a session “Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards Involving Sanctions: Unlocking the Mahjong Game?” during Hong Kong Arbitration Week. In the course of the panel, speakers will give the audience practical examples in dealing with sanction matters involving Russian parties, followed by highlighting current trends in Hong Kong and China.
