An international financing event organised by RGD jointly with Cbonds will be held on 10 October in Moscow. The round table discussion will focus on the specifics of cross-border financing and implementation of international transactions in the new legal environment. Speakers will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of concluding transactions in new traditional jurisdictions, the structuring and funding of transactions, and the impact of sanctions on settlements and other cross-border transactions.
